Description of the service

Rebell Way is a content generation and article workflow platform.

  • create article briefs,
  • generate article drafts,
  • edit generated content,
  • manage article statuses,
  • export content,
  • publish content to websites or external systems,
  • purchase and use article credits,
  • manage billing and workspace settings.

The platform uses automated systems, including LLM-based engines, to generate, transform, analyse, or process content.

4

Account registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account or workspace.

You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your account is used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

5

Business and consumer use

Rebell Way may be used by both Business Users and Consumers.

If you use the platform on behalf of a company, agency, client, or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Certain legal rights may differ depending on whether you use the service as a Consumer or as a Business User. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

6

Article credits and payments

Article credits are purchased in advance.

One generated article draft may use one article credit unless stated otherwise in the pricing page, product interface, or package description.

Available packages, prices, and included credits are displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other providers introduced in the future.

You are responsible for ensuring that billing details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

7

No refunds

Payments are made in advance.

Unless required otherwise by mandatory applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This means that we do not provide refunds for:

  • unused article credits,
  • generated content that does not meet your expectations,
  • user error,
  • change of mind,
  • failure to use the service,
  • account inactivity,
  • content generated by AI systems,
  • lack of expected SEO, marketing, or business results.

For Consumers, mandatory statutory rights may apply. If applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or other non-waivable consumer protection rights, those rights remain unaffected.

For digital services and digital content, a Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal where performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period with the Consumer's prior consent and acknowledgement, if required by law.

8

Rebell Way uses LLM engines and automated systems to generate content.

You acknowledge and agree that Generated Content may:
